I am very fortunate to be a part of a wonderful elementary school community at Highland Park Elementary in Austin. No, it's not part of the Highland Park ISD, whose high school lost to Lake Travis in the 2007 state championship game.

As part of the PTA's annual book fair, I'm one of two local authors -- along with Nathan Jensen -- invited to take part in the Book Fair's family night, set for Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m. Complete...

Join us at the Lake Travis Community Library, 2300 Lohmans Spur #100, on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m.

For more information, visit the library's website.
